Forged full-tang stainless blade at 58 HRC with a bolster and a 14.5 degree edge, made in Solingen, Germany.

Wüsthof was founded in 1814 and is family owned in its seventh generation. The Classic line is still its best seller.

The forged blade can be resharpened many times, but the warranty does not cover dulling or chips.
